MISSION

Restful and revitalizing sleep.

I offer both personal and professional understandings of the challenges and demands of parenting and the effects of poor sleep and/or sleep deprivation. Rest and Revive’s mission is to provide tailored sleep solutions to help parents/caregivers achieve restorative and rejuvenating sleep in order to revitalize their mental health and the overall wellness of their family.

My approach to sleep support revolves around personalized care and evidence-based practices. I prioritize understanding the unique needs and strengths of each baby and family, allowing me to create customized and meaningful sleep plans that align with parents’ goals. Through hope-oriented, transparent, compassionate, and adaptable services, I aim to empower parents and caregivers with the tools and knowledge needed to achieve restful and revitalizing sleep.
